Happy Holidays! One of my favorite things to do this time of year is bake cookies and share them with my family. I absolutely love anything gingerbread, ginger snap, and ginger molasses, and I found the most delicious and easy recipe to share with you guys!

I found this ginger molasses cookie recipe from Gimme Some Over!
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup molasses
2 eggs
4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine butter and sugars until fluffy. Then add eggs one at a time and molasses. Gradually add in the dry ingredient mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (I only refrigerated for 1 hour!)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
