Hello friends! I hope this post finds you happy, healthy, and having the best day! I want to talk about the BEST leggings I have found to workout in–comfort and style wise. Finding a pair of leggings that fit right and make you feel good are hard to find. Out of all the leggings I own there are two I love, couldn’t live without, and you will probably find me wearing a few times a week.
Lululemon: All The Right Places
POCKETS
This is the number one thing I love about these leggings. During a workout, I can just slip my phone in my pocket while it’s connected to my headphones. No need to wear an armband or anything around your waist to hold your phone.
MEDIUM-RISE
All the right places are medium-rise, in between high rise and waist. I love working out in medium to high-rise leggings because they suck everything in and you don’t have to worry about your shirt coming up and your stomach showing!
HOW THEY FIT
Hands down, the best fabric to wear for squatting, deadlifts, and other compound movements because they are stretchy, tight, and not see through at ALL. A lot of leggings show sweat marks and these don’t. They also won’t shrink in the dryer. I’ve had mine for about 6 months now, I wear them about twice a week and they haven’t changed shape much at all.

STYLE
These leggings come in a lot of different colors. If you see a pair you like, snag them because they probably won’t be in stock long. My sister bought a pair and I waited a few weeks and the color was gone. I bought these leggings after seeing them on so many bodybuilders and they were so flattering. So if I wear them I’ll look that good, right? But seriously, they add like 5 levels of confidence when I wear them.
HIGH-RISE
Align leggings are SO high-waisted, and that’s the number one thing I love about them. I never find myself pulling up my leggings or pulling down my shirt. The waistband is thicker than the rest of the pant, so it stays secure during workouts.
HOW THEY FIT
These leggings are more designed for yoga than heavy lifting. I wear them to the gym on upper body days or days I know I won’t be doing heavy, lower body compound movements. The first time I tried them on my reaction was “it literally feels like I’m wearing nothing”, which sounds funny but it’s true. They’re so comfortable, thin and lightweight.
