The number one question I get asked is when am I going to start sharing wedding content! If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I got engaged May of 2019. And to be completely honest, I had absolutely no idea where to start with planning a wedding. I was never the type to plan my dream wedding on Pinterest or think about what my wedding dress would look like. It’s all a little overwhelming to say the least! That’s why I was so excited to visit David’s Bridal to get a better idea of what I want in a wedding dress.
Before my appointment, my stylist emailed me a quick questionnaire to fill out so that she had a better understanding of what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I think the Style Profile tool helped me more than her because I decided on which silhouette I was interested in, if I was more of a modern or bohemian bride, and more before I was overwhelmed in-store.
This first dress is by Melissa Sweet style MS251199. It was the first dress I tried on and the embroidery on it was my favorite part. I definitely want my wedding dress to have lots of sparkle like this one.
This is an Oleg Cassini dress style CWG731. I love that David’s Bridal has an amazing wedding dress selection that is extremely affordable! I loved the organza skirt on this dress. I’m starting to think, should I wear a ballgown?!
This wedding dress was another favorite by Galina Signature style SWG820. I felt like a princess and that’s exactly how every girl should feel on her wedding day!
Last but definitely not least, the shimmer lace long sleeve wedding dress by Oleg Cassini style CWG853. This dress was WOW! I fell in love. My favorite part is the off-the-shoulder illusion of the dress.
This is just the beginning of my search for the dress! I had so much fun playing dress up with David’s Bridal and learning more about what I want to wear on my big day with the help of their Style Profile tool. Let me know what silhouette you see me in on the big day!
